Mulai 1 Januari 2015, pemerintah kota Melbourne telah memperluas area "Free Tram Zone" hingga ke Queen Victoria Market di Elizabeth Street. Hal ini tentu merupakan angin segar bagi pemilik VISION Apartments karena bisa menikmati layanan transportasi tram gratis tepat di depan gedung apartemen.
